Job Description:

1.Maintain customer relationships through continual contact via phone and email to provide proper service and meet / exceed customers’ needs.
2.Assisting the Marketing Department with creativity and design
3.Create marketing for the office, for agents, and for events.
4.Navigating through Asana to complete requests by agents
5.Miscellaneous duties may be added as required.
6.Serve as the main point of contact for multiple accounts. Responsible for handling customers’ day-to-day requests.
7.Set up Zoom meetings quarterly with the main point of contact for each account to identify their needs.
8.Identify new items that can be added to the web stores and make recommendations based on knowledge of the account.
9.Handling multiple projects and prioritizing customer requests both effectively and efficiently.
10.Create products to showcase new items that can be added to web stores.
11.Edit / create logos to be applied to apparel and specialty items using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
12.Develop pricing for apparel and promotional items using pricing formulas.
13.Develop ideas for email blasts to promote new items and special sales.
14.Order paper stock and other related materials according to job requirements.

15.Proceed alone or as a team on assigned projects until final completion.
