I am an expert at customer support with the ability to make over 100 inbound and outbound calls per shift and have worked with amazing companies worldwide including the USA. My communication methods include customer satisfaction and retention, turning leads into sales and problem solving in line with company’s policy. I am organized, able to multi task in any challenging situation. I find resolving conflicts, data entry, any volume calls highly rewarding and my past clients can attest that my time spent was worth it. I am proficient in Microsoft word, excel, office 365 and have made use of CRM tools needed to facilitate calls and ticketing like Zoho, Zendesk and more.
