Here I acquired the knowledge and application of Laws in the federal republic of Nigeria.
Here I learnt technical skills that eqquiped me with skills assist clients in a professional and timely manner. I also got a strong understanding of database software like Google workspace. This course enhanced my knowledge of Microsoft Excel and facilitated an increase in my typing speed. I am able to input data on various database and provide remote and onsite technical supports.
This Course gave me a strong understanding of Google Workspace which include google form, meet, docs and more. It also intimated me in acquiring transcription skills, inbox management, project management and providing administrative support to executives and corporate organizations.
From this course, I acquired the skills to treat customers as the king they are while following company policies. I learnt phone and chat etiquette and enhanced my communication skills. I learnt to practice active listening while showing empathy in answering questions and providing information to prospective or returning clients.
Work & Experience
As the executive assistant to the Academy Director, I assisted in the creation and execution of the 8-weeks internship for the Cohort 1 Participants. I successfully organized office event to facilitate team bonding and created surveys, reports and presentation to assess the learning goals.
I manage the talents who provide support to subscriber business founders. I moderate the online community which houses business founders in Africa, UK and Europe. I recommend service offerings to subscriber businesses to facilitate sales and networking.
I started as a sales executive for Luxury Men shoes where I interacted with over 100 clients via calls, chat and on site. I exceeded monthly targets consistently and increased the number of returning customers by 50%. I attained a role of training new employee in customer service and interacted with VIP clients where cultivated strong and lasting customer relationship and satisfaction.
